How to use an Arduino Uno as programmer for an in-circuit Atmega

Note:

• RX at Arduino-board act as OUTput if processor is removed.
• TX at Arduino-board act as INput if processor is removed.
• Switch only needed if RX pin is used in the application. (switch is drawn in 'functional mode', swap before programming)
